The failure of black financial institutions to serve the needs of the black community has spawned whole new industries like payday and title loans. <br><br>Given our experiences, you would think black millionaires and billionaires would be breaking down the door to create an alternative, not necessarily to service or treat poor black people fairly, but to protect their own business & financial interests. The fact that they don’t and continue to subject themselves to this type of discrimination is mind boggling.
