We have to peel back layers fam. The headlines don’t tell the whole story. Old black media desperate for relevancy isn’t telling the whole story. One thing Kim Gardner’s lawsuit has done has shown the need for independent community advocates and institutions. We don’t have that. We have community leaders who work with and are funded by various local & state government entities, clergy that rely on them for grants, leaders who rely on them for jobs. Everybody’s on the same payroll: The State… Huge conflict of interest. Doesn’t matter if the State is fighting the State. Some are on Kim Gardner’s payroll. How are they working for us when they’re funded by the very people & institutions we’re fighting and trying to hold accountable?
