She worked there for years, knows the process and knew this case had an excellent chance at being thrown out… And moved on it anyway. She knew he case against Greitens had a good chance of being thrown out. And again, that didn’t stop her from putting a sitting governor from the opposing party on trial. Where is this same energy for prosecuting officers on her ‘suspect’ list? <br><br>Not surprised at this attempt by Kim Gardner to deflect attention away from perjury investigation and get people to see her as a champion of reform… the only reason to dig into old cases rather than deal with the violent crime epidemic we’re experiencing in the present. That takes priority. Kim Gardner’s priority is defending herself against perjury allegations. She should step back, appoint a prosecutor from her staff to take over and work on her defense because she’s failing both miserably. We need and deserve a circuit attorney who isn’t distracted.
