Somebody please tell Rep Keith Ellison and negros of his ilk that the NFL’s new policy is in RESPONSE to the boycott. People were already boycotting. Hence the new policy and the NFL’s “You bet not” stance, pretty much dictates to players while daring black people to do something. Our response can’t be getting back on our knees nad continuing to beg… <br><br>Wanna talk about cowardly… this dude is one of the most influential black men in congress. Black men dominate the NFL/NBA yet bow down to old Donald Sterlingiish white racist owners. Between them they have millions. Hundreds of millions. And the best they can come up with in the face of overt racism/oppression is getting on their knees and begging these same owners to see value in their lives and the lives of people who look like them. <br><br>The ‘solution’ is always some form of ducking the real issue, bucking, tail tucking, waiting to see, taking a knee and begging. I’m considered radical when I suggest we build our own and remove them from our equation. Build our own > boycott.

Keith Ellison boycotting NFL games over 'cowardly' kneeling ban

Rep. Keith Ellison (D-Minn.) said that he will boycott NFL games this upcoming season over the league's new policy requiring players to stand during the national anthem.
