Next Post Change is not gonna come easy fam, and it’s not gonna come from doing the same things that have been proven not to work time and time and time again. I don’t think I’ll live see substantive, transformative change in my lifetime. For 50+ years black people have rallied, protested and voted… and we’re worse off than we’ve been in 50 years. I can understand Dems and allies rallying the black vote, it works for them… and to our disadvantage. They don’t care we’re worse off. They aren’t advocating on our behalf. Dems control most of the urban cities where our communities are warzones, where crime is high and blacks live in poverty. Dems control these unaccredited and provisionally accredited school systems. Dems control/fund the police departments that kill black people with impunity. The solution isn’t more black faces in high places… they don’t fight, they get assimilated…. Obama all the way down to Ferguson protesters turned elected officials have sided with Dems and police against the community. They are all funded and controlled by the same entities. Change will not come from people who are funded by the state. They take an oath to uphold the best interests of the state: the status quo. Almost 1/2 a decade since Ferguson and people still don’t get it… yet swear they’re ‘woke’.
