Police ID 3 killed in New Year’s Day shootings in Philadelphia

Philadelphia police have identified three victims who were shot and killed during a violent New Year’s Day across the city.

Any reduction of crime has more to do with how crime is reported, manipulation of crime numbers and other factors independent of Cure Violence. <br><br>Memba how city leaders were absolving themselves, were trying to wash their hands & move on ‘mission accomplished’ style after throwing money at the program? Now 7+ murders into the new year they’re distancing themselves, making excuses and setting up the community to take the blame for it’s impending failure instead of man/womaning up, acknowledging and taking responsibility for their own failings, one consequence is the violent crime epidemic we find ourselves in. <br><br>”Cure Violence is already being implemented in 23 cities.<br><br>Fox 2 reached out to the health department who is set to lead the Cure Violence model. No one was immediately available to speak. We also reached out to aldermen of the neighborhoods targeted and have not yet heard back.” See?
