Nothing will not work as long as the same people whose policies exacerbate crime/violence are in position. Many have been in office for decades. Crime/violence increased during their tenures… If change were possible with them we wouldn’t be in this situation. How about we start start treating misleadership, benign neglect and legislating polices that increase crime/violence/poverty as a public health crisis?
