I’ve been hard on Kim Gardner and Wesley Bell… because they have “nearly “unfettered” discretion” to right wrongs (debtors prison, the bail system, the workhouse, prosecuting bad officers, excessive tickets, corruption, investigating the absentee ballot hustle and more) AND hold those responsible accountable. The ACLU and Arch City Defenders shouldn’t have to sue.
