Decriminalizing marijuana and allowing a few token negros to ‘own” dispensaries is not a black agenda, it does not close the income gap or decrease wealth disparity for the black collective. Any plan that does not address those disparaties is not a plan for black America.

Former Vice President Joe Biden released a new plan on racial justice this week, utilizing it to also tout his modest marijuana reform proposals.
