Woman fatally shot on I-70 identified, police say

A woman who was shot in the head on I-70 in North City Saturday has been identified.

Lewis Reed has been in public office for decades, he had years to get it right and when each opportunity presented itself, he chose to do what was politically advantageous for Lewis Reed and his cronies rather than what was advantageous for the city and residents. Now he along with the Mayor and rest of the Board of Aldermen are scrambling, looking for a way out, needing something to point to that suggests they’re doing something… thus far they’ve shown no studies, no data, no discussion of addressing the root issues… no blueprint or gameplan. Just hopes that this program or the Governor will bail them out or at least provide cover.
